At GreenGains, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request deletion of your personal information from our systems at any time, in accordance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy regulations.

What Data Can Be Deleted

You can request deletion of the following types of data:

• Account Information: Email address, profile data, account settings
• Usage Data: Mining session history, credit transaction records
• App Data: Preferences, notification settings, referral history
• Technical Data: Device identifiers, app usage analytics

Note: Anonymous sensor data that cannot be linked to your identity may be retained for legitimate business purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: In-App Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account and data is through the GreenGains app:

• Open the GreenGains app
• Go to Settings → Privacy
• Tap "Delete Account"
• Confirm your decision
• Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can email us at: privacy@greengains.app

Please include the following information in your email:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your registered email address
• Your full name (if provided during registration)
• Confirmation that you want all personal data deleted
• Any specific data categories you want to focus on (optional)

Processing Timeline

Standard Processing: Most deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.

Immediate Actions: Upon receiving your verified request, we will immediately suspend your account to prevent further data collection.
