Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GreenGains mobile application ("App") operated by Eremat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

Description of Service

GreenGains is a mobile application that allows users to earn virtual credits through environmental activities including:

  • Sensor data collection from mobile devices
  • Referral system for inviting friends
  • Watching advertisements
  • Tracking environmental engagement

The App uses accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer data to provide earning opportunities through passive data contribution.

Eligibility

To use GreenGains, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (users under 13 are prohibited)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintain one account per person only
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Account Registration and Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

How the Service Works

Mining Sessions

Users can initiate 24-hour "mining sessions" during which the App collects anonymous sensor data. Credits are earned based on:

  • Duration of active mining sessions (limited to one per 24 hours)
  • Quality and consistency of sensor data
  • Movement and activity patterns detected
  • Referral bonuses and promotional activities

Credits and Rewards System

Credits earned through the App:

  • Are virtual tokens with no inherent monetary value
  • Cannot be exchanged for real currency
  • Require watching advertisements to earn rewards
  • May be subject to promotional rates and bonuses
  • Accumulate based on algorithmic calculations
  • Are tracked and displayed within the App

Advertising

Our app includes advertising through Google AdMob:

  • Third-party advertisements are displayed
  • Viewing ads is optional but required for earning rewards
  • Users can report inappropriate advertising content
  • Ad interactions may be tracked for personalization

User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Create multiple accounts to artificially increase earnings
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
  • Attempt to manipulate sensor data or gaming the system
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Share your account credentials with others

Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn bonus credits by inviting friends:

  • Each user gets a unique referral code
  • Referrals must be legitimate new users
  • Fake accounts and self-referrals are prohibited
  • Bonuses apply to mining rates, not direct credits
  • Referral bonuses are subject to our verification process
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program

Data Collection and Privacy

By using GreenGains, you consent to our collection and use of sensor data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

  • Anonymous accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer readings
  • Device information and usage patterns
  • Location data (if explicitly enabled by user)

All data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The GreenGains App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Eremat and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users retain rights to their own content submitted through the app.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain App availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or server problems
  • Force majeure events
  • Third-party service disruptions

Earning Disclaimers

Please note that:

  • Earnings are not guaranteed and may vary
  • Credit rates may change without notice
  • We do not promise specific earning amounts
  • Credits have no guaranteed value
  • Credits may expire if accounts remain inactive

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your access to the App and any accumulated credits will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenGains and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GreenGains and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
